Hi Bic and welcome :up if your pipe is split or cracked tell your mate to be very carefull as i had one done by a friend of mine who is an experienced welder,he said it was a right bastard as the metal is so thin so did his best but the resault wasn't very pretty :( but i am a fussy twat :roll:

In the picture, it looks like the black oil is all down the bottom seam of the top pipe, I stick with my original theory..

me too; exactly the same on my H2A nothing broken just the 2 oil not burning coming of the right exhaust which is on the top, the oil followed the weld on this exhaust and then goes to the center pipe as your :mrgreen:

my money is on the inner spot weld that holds the baffleplates in the muffler. at a guess the upper right muffler. :roll:

I'm taking off the silencers to have a look this week sometime so I will let you know. Not forgotten, just less urgent than no ignition :D
